As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts, strategizing advertising and marketing initiatives, generating inbound leads, and overseeing our social media presence. You will focus on promoting our high-end business phone applications, fibre services, and hosted phone systems, driving brand awareness and customer engagement across various industry verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute advertising and marketing campaigns targeting small to mid-size businesses across all industry verticals.
- Generate inbound leads through effective marketing strategies, with a primary objective of lead generation and secondary focus on promoting our services and company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Explore and implement email marketing and other marketing platforms to reach potential customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and market. differentiators.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc) to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience.
Must-Haves:
- Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the telecommunications industry, demonstrating a track record of successful campaigns and lead generation.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey messaging and engage with diverse audiences.
- Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of fiber services, hosted phone systems, and other telecommunication solutions to develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging market insights and trends.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Experience in effectively managing marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills to collaborate with internal teams and effectively oversee marketing initiatives.
